Modesty prohibits us from showing anything excessive here in the way of exposure, but a little tease goes a long long way...don't you agree? And just in case your memory has started to fail a bit when it comes to naming names...let us refresh you with these glorious glimpses of ANN-MARGRET, STELLA STEVENS, ANGIE DICKENSON, BRIGITTE BARDOT, DOROTHY STRATTON, LINDA CARTER, CASSANDRA (ELVIRA) PETERSON, KAY LENZ, CLAUDIA JENNINGS and of course JAYNE MANSFIELD bringing up the rear. Can there be such a concept as too much of a good thing? We don't think so...do you?
Although many Americans became familiar with her when she starred in the hit tv series "Dynasty", JOAN COLLINS was famous and adored in her native England years before she crossed the Atlantic. Her incredible beauty and appeal are visibly on display in these early still photos. She recently remarried for the 5th time to a much younger spouse while continuing to work while into her seventies.
For Detroit born 1968 Playboy Playmate CONNIE KRESKI the swinging sixties would be the best years of her life. Her ingenuous freshness and femininity were immediately recognized by English star Anthony Newley when he bumped into her in the elevator of the London Playboy Club. She was screen tested the next day and signed within a week for the title role of MERCY HUMPPE.
MAMIE VAN DOREN hit her peak during the 1950s, adorned many men's magazine pages in the 1960s, and went on to write a bestselling book about her scandalous life in the 1970s. She continues to shock and amaze as one of screendom's sexiest octogenerians and has her own website filled with images both past and present.
JAYNE MANSFIELD was always happiest when primping and posing for the camera. As these classic photos attest, the camera also loved her back and especially her front! global warming at least by us are: April 2004 To
celebrate the advent of Spring we've decided to forego posting some
of our traditional black & white glossies in favor of living color.
And the gals we're putting up for your viewing pleasure are those featured
in our UPDATE such as statuesque ANITA EKBERG who rose to fame internationally
when Fellini cast her in the landmark 8 1/2 MARCH 2004 This
month BAMBOLE leads the pack of new DVD versions of our movies. So...let's
take a look at the stars of that movies shown in ways not seen in the
flick. First up is an amazing picture of ELKE SOMMER taken in a hotel
room as she prepares for an evening out. Anybody out there with a taste
for garter belts, stockings, and lovely shapely legs? January 2004: To
celebrate the discovery of the television biographies waiting to make
their appearances at CINEMASIRENS, we have dug into our photo archives
as well and come up with some rare and early pictures of both BRIGITTE
BARDOT and JAYNE MANSFIELD you have hopefully never seen before. As
a very wise man once said..."Youth and beauty are coins of the
realm" and these two legendary ladies were worth their weight in
gold...don't you agree?
